What is BlindStick?
It is an android application aimed at helping the visually impaired by guiding them around their surroundings to find objects and other belongings.
Is BlindStick Free?
Yes the app is completely free for usage. However if you want to customise the app with your own items, you can purchase the monthly plans according to storage space required.
How do I use BlindStick Features?
Just speak the query into the app, eg:"Find my wallet" and scan it across the room. As you move away from the object, the device would guide by saying "cold", and if you move towards the object, it will say "hot".
Which version of android does your app support?
FThe app supports all running versions of the android (from kitkat upto oreo)! to allow you seamless usage on any device. It will be expanded for iOS devices as well.
What languages are available?
Currently the app is available in English, it can recognise and speak to the user in English but we will soon be expanding to multible languages for people across the country.
